At the end of the course, the participants should understand the importance of using public relations as a fundamental tool that, when complemented with the marketing strategy, will help achieve the objective of highlighting their hotel from the competition and a positive reputation for the complete business experience. Obtain basic knowledge of how to work a crisis management portfolio.

Workshop Procedure

As part of the course, different workshops will be carried out individually and/or in groups. With these workshops they will be able to put into practice the theory acquired in the classroom. They will be trained to be able to make an effective approach to the media. They will have the opportunity to study and evaluate different cases of crisis management in the hotel industry.
