The mission of the “PROUD Mentorship Association” is to create a support network for students of the first and second year STEM programs, based on our experiences and knowledge. We will function as a reference for these students to then support others to achieve their goals. We will provide our knowledge without expecting anything in return. Our only wish is that students achieve their long-awaited career goals and dreams. We want to recruit mentors from the different branches of STEM who, in addition, will be inspiring, motivating, humble, confidence builders, attentive, non-judgmental and willing to give of their time to those who need it. The work of this association consists of participating in the PROUD Summer Camp serving as a guide to new students and / or mentoring one or more first and second year students throughout the academic year.
